Celebrate International Yoga Day 2026, a global event highlighting yoga as a pathway to physical health, mental balance, and overall wellbeing. This year’s theme is Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom and World Peace.

Three free sessions are available (bookings essential – limited places)
Please ensure you register for the correct session time.

Morning Flow – Yin & Yang Yoga

The Joyful Path - Yoga and Self Care Studio
8:45am – 10:00am
Led by Julie

A beautiful balance of movement and stillness:

  • Dynamic Yang flow to warm and energise the body

  • Gentle Yin practice to stretch deep connective tissues
    A grounding, restorative start to the day.

Mindfulness & Water-Inspired Practice

Coral Street Art Space
10:45am – 12:00pm
Facilitated by Minjayati Angelo

A calming, guided mindfulness session inspired by water and the current gallery exhibition.
Includes breathwork, visualisation, body awareness and deep relaxation to support nervous system regulation and inner clarity.

Moving Beyond Pain & Restriction

Yoga Tree on the Coast
12:45pm – 2:30pm
Led by Anna Hamilton

A nourishing yoga experience designed to:

  • Release tension and physical restriction

  • Support nervous system calm

  • Rebuild strength, softness and emotional balance

Includes a homemade anti-inflammatory wellness snack + recipe to take home.

All equipment provided – just wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottle.
