Join award winning songwriter and lyricist Anne Fraser for an afternoon of storytelling, songwriting and creative connection at Coral Street Art Space. Bring your guitar, a song, a story, or simply yourself. This supportive workshop is open to all experience levels.

The theme for the workshop on Friday 11 December is: "Poetry Circle and Mindful Meditation." Participants are asked to bring a poem or share an encouraging story from their life experience and share with the group. After the sharing session, the group will engage in a guided mindfulness meditation focused on gratitude and self-reflection. This workshop can provide a therapeutic and calming experience for participants.
