SALA 2026 Early Bird Fee Rebates – Victor Harbor
To support and grow South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival activity within the City of Victor Harbor, Council is offering full Early Bird registration fee rebates for eligible SALA exhibitions held within the council area.
This initiative is designed to encourage more artists and exhibitions to activate local spaces during SALA, strengthening our cultural life and attracting visitors throughout August.
What’s on offer
Council will provide full Early Bird SALA registration fee rebates, up to the total budget cap of $2,500, for exhibitions presented within the City of Victor Harbor:
$145 rebate for solo artist exhibitions
$260 rebate for small group exhibitions
Rebates apply to registered SALA exhibitions located within the council area, whether or not the exhibiting artists are Victor Harbor residents

Early Bird SALA registrations close 7 April 2026
Early Bird pricing applies to complete registrations submitted before 7 April.
Why participate?
SALA is Australia’s largest open‑access visual arts festival, transforming galleries, cafés, public spaces and community venues into pop‑up exhibition sites across South Australia each August. Councils that offer SALA registration rebates consistently see increased exhibition activity, cultural tourism and community engagement
Who can apply?
* Artists and groups exhibiting within the City of Victor Harbor
* All artistic disciplines and experience levels welcome
* Rebates available for Early Bird SALA registrations only, subject to budget availability
Early applications are encouraged, as rebates are limited and allocated up to the total funding cap.
